So, yesterday when I got home there were a few letters waiting in the mailbox. It turns out that my insurance company is trying to not cover my doctor visit two weeks ago...hahaha, now I have to appeal the ruling, which is going to be nothing but headaches. How can they not cover the visit? But anyways, the doctor and his assistants couldn't find a vein, so they sent me to the hospital with a prescription for blood work to be done. That was supposed to be covered also, but NOPE, it is not...So I have about $1300.00 in new medical bills hanging over my head again. Don't get me wrong I plan on appealing to the insurance and to the insurance board of regulators....But these are headaches I don't need. I guess they feel that infections, and thorough examinations need to be looked at by a school nurse before I go to one of THEIR PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIANS. Now I say THEIR, because they referred me to him. I called them before I went to make sure everything was kosher! But nope!!!!..I have surgery on Thursday, and I am going to get my keys today for my new apartment...My life is falling apart fast...really fast! The movie is still a priority, and the funding for that becomes available in September...So I just need to make it to Sept. 17th, get my cash, pay off all the bills, pay the rent for six months, work on the movie, etc.
