The Pics from Summerfest and Downtown Fireworks...July 8th, 2007

Well, I got 17 out of 26 pics back.  I need a digital camera, because I am noticing that I am doing more things at night and the cameras are not picking up the pics...Well some of the summerfest came out, and two fireworks pictures also were developed.  I had to photoshop them but that was the best I could do.  Anyway, my days of cheap cameras and rolled film are coming to an end.  I think the digital camera age is in my near future.  I am always the last to jump on the technology wagon, but I do eventually get on board.  The Social Distortion pictures didn't come as good as I thought they would, and the 'Summerfest' sign didn't come out at all.  The fireworks in the distance were shaded by the flash, which I couldn't control because it was a disposable camera I bought in Wisconsin at Summerfest.  So, if I had my camera I could have turned off my flash and would have taken better pictures.  Oh well, I was there, and a couple pics came out which is fine, I like keeping the pics for memories to remind me of where I was when I get Alzheimer's!!!!
As for life in general, I have to go to the hospital tomorrow, I have to get some blood tests, it seems that life might be finally taking its toll on my body.  The doctor wants me to go drop off some blood at the laboratory...I have been having some troubles with my jaw, and a full blood test will show if there is anything wrong.  I think it is cancer, but everyone tells me I am crazy, the doctor doesn't think I am crazy, hence the reason for the blood work...Hopefully I am crazy and my pessisism is just working overtime, but the Guy Upstairs knows I am ready to go, bags have been packed for years, but he doesn't want me to come up there and raise hell!
Old Man Sanford would say; "I'm coming" as he clutches his chest and pretends to be dying, well, my quote would be "Baby Girl, It won't be long now!"  haha!!!  Humor is good when things are bad, and right now I think they are pretty bad...
On a different note, I found my apartment, will be moving August 1st.  It is a nice one bedroom apt. close to school, good neighborhood, and lots of space...So a new chapter begins and another one ends.
I was going to publish my second book this fall, but instead I am going to do a movie.  I am going to begin filming Jails, Institutions, and Death in May 2008.  Hopefully my partner and I can submit it to Sundance for a showing.  Taking some production courses this Fall so I will be able to make a serious go at the film...Wish me luck on that, always moving forward, never looking back, and trying to laugh along the way.
Have a good one!
