Well I submitted the resignation today Oct. 29th, 2007

Yep, I will be unemployed on Nov. 16th.  Sure; I should have waited to find another job, but the bottom line is I just don't care.  I could use the vacation, and I am applying for some multi-media positions in the loop anyway.  Therefore I am going to have to be available for those interviews.  Everyone who didn't go, missed a great Subterranean.  J+J+J were great.  Johnny has a great stage presence.  Goudron played and it was the first time I ever saw him.  He was awesome!  Very surprised, plus I saw Gilman, and Joe from the station.  Not to mention Nigel AKA Saskrotch, so it was an WRRG reunion of sorts.  Even though the only working for WRRG is Gilman, and he was so wasted I don't even know how he recognized me...
The shoot went great.  Although there was this dude who dropped his drink off the staircase and hit the guy next to me, luckily it missed the camera.  I got a little alcohol on me, but it mainly just hit the shoes.  No big deal.  I had this very strange encounter on the staircase with this woman who was about 6'2"...If I wasn't shooting, I would have been all over that, but with the tripod and camera in hand, running down the stairs, having my little moment with this woman, but knowing Goudron was taking the stage soon, I chose the responsible path, but man if I didn't...Well, I think I would have NOT woken up alone this morning...LOL
Alright back to the original reason for posting.  The resignation is done, and I am no longer a Triton College employee.  I am thinking I might let my sister stay at my apartment for December and go on vacation somewhere, maybe hitch out the west coast...dunno yet...I guess we will see how the job search goes. 
Alright, I am back to the freedom of my youth!!!
