Damn wind is really blowing today Oct. 28th, 2006

The wind is fierce today.  I am not very appreciative of this type of treatment from good ol' mother earth.  She is obviously angry with the midwest to keep sending all her cold; wet; and miserable skies to us.  Plus these cold fronts are just hanging over our heads like mistletoe; but their isn't even a kiss; just a smack of that cold air blowing.  Tonight we gain an hour on our clock; which means we fall back.  Tomorrow morning I will have an extra hour of sleep.  Unless I decide to stay up past 2am and then stay up to see it turn 2am again.  LOL.  That is confusing; but I know what I mean...

Turn your clocks back otherwise you will be showing up an hour early to wherever you need to be...Which isn't a bad thing for all you chronic late people.  Such as my mom.  When we were younger; my brother and I would tell my mom she had to be somewhere two hours earlier than she was supposed to be there.  Just so she would be on time.  I am serious too.  We did that for years.  Now she finally set her internal clock and is just late in a minor way.  But it is comical.  Seriously funny.  The wind is really kicking out there.  Wow, what a trip.  I have to go to the store too; man I don't feel like going out today.  I am such a pussy when it comes to the cold.  I fucking hate the cold; well not the cold; but the in your face wind; the temperature feels like it is pushing 0 cold.  I can handle it is snowing; or mid teens even below zero but the wind; and toss in some rain on a cold day.  fuck that count me out.  Anyway, I am going because I keep hearing this banging in the backyard.  It sounds like something came loose.  I am going to have to check it out.  I hope not; also I am supposed to rake sometime soon; but I guess there is not point in doing that on a day like this.
