The director of Buried Child; Ric Segovia contacted me today after my show let out. He told me he cast me for the part of Bradley in the upcoming play; Buried Child which opening night is December 8th. I will put up the details soon. But I guess my audition last week was great; nothing unusual there; I do everything great.
Well, that is it; I have no free time until Christmas. My nights off are Mondays and Saturdays; so if you want me to be somewhere you had better make it one of those days. It sucks because I can't make the Shot Baker show at the Double Door now; but I have to choose; and I want to do both; but I love acting. The character of Bradley is really crazy. His first line in the play is at the end of Act 1. And it is this; 'Sonuvabitch! SonuvaGoddamnBitch! Always some obstacle' (then fade out Act 1)
Like I said a real firecracker. I am pleased to play another crazy; I guess I play it well on stage; must have had a lot of practice. LOL.
