I gotta vent June 11th, 2007

 You know gossip kills!!!!!
My ex gf called me today and we had a normal conversation, yada yada yada, somewhere in there she asked me about the Mario thing and I told her about him not being at the WBI and that I hadn't heard from him either.  So I said I am tired of his shit being in my house while I am trying to pack and move.  His stuff is everywhere.  I jokingly said I would put the stuff out on the front lawn, everyone knows I use sarcasm heavily to make my points.  Anyway, I called Mario and left him a message to call me and tell me what was going on.  That is how I roll, I have no trouble going to the source and getting my thoughts out.  However, he ran into my ex gf today sometime, and she told him that his stuff WAS outside...LOL.  Mario's brother Vince called me about ten minutes ago saying he was sitting out in front of my house, and wanted to know where his stuff was.  I told him I would not throw anybody's stuff out like that.  He told me the that some girl named Theresa told Mario that is what I had done.  I am sure Theresa didn't actually say that, but the point here is, that gossip screws shit up.  People start talking about things and change minor details.  I took a speech class once, and one of our activities was the gossip train.  One person would read a newspaper article and 4 people would wait outside in the hall.  One person would enter and the person who read the article would explain it's content to that person, then the next person would enter, and the story would be told again, etc.  By the time the 4th person enters, the whole story changes.  It is hilarious to watch, but now I am in the thick of it.  Mario and I have been friends for over 3 years.  I do not do things like that.  I am a man who can handle problems and issues without resorting to childish antics.  People may not like my tone or my words, but they all hold truth, and I have integrity.  Vince seems to be a little fed up with the situation also, so I am sure we will have a few laughs when I get home.  This ripple effect that Stephanie told me about earlier is so true.  Mario is the rock that got tossed into the calm lake, and I am one of the waves/ripples that has come from that impact...Oh well, life goes on, I am not pissed or angry, I am actually still amused, this shit is like Jerry Springer, and I used to love Jerry Springer back in the day...I don't think Vince realizes how much stuff Mario actually has, that is going to be the real laugh when I get home and see his face after I show him my house and he can see what kind of mess there is to clean up...LOL.  So this is my life?  Good times!  Good Times!
