Master of Puppets Mar. 20th, 2007

1st)  Master of Puppets is a great album!
2nd)  I said 1st because I found my old cassette tapes from the 80's.  My Master of Puppets was in there and it was broken. So I spent an hour fixing the tape and then I played it.  It was a good project for me, considering my attitude yesterday.  The music got me thrashing and thus releasing the pent up frustration/anger/discontent/ etc. from my mind.  I love metal!!!
3rd)  I finally finished the first coat on the spare bedroom.  Now I have to touch up the corners and the base boards, apply the second coat and voila, I will be moving down the hall so I can touch up my current bedroom.  It feels good to accomplish tasks you set out to do.
4th)  Texas Hold Em tournament tomorrow.  Wish me luck!  The prize pool is 8500 bux.
5th)  I am speaking again at Gateway in Lake Villa.  Maybe my story can save someone's life.  We shall see, but it will do me good to go up there again.  The job there is still on the table for next summer, whether or not I want to stay in Chicago to take the job is another story for another day.
6th)  I am beginning to go back to my mind state that Credit Reports/Credit Cards/ Capitalism is a very bad thing.  I want to pay off my balances and close my accounts, but I hear that it is a bad idea to close your revolving credit accounts.  I guess it is a blight on your credit score.  Which makes no sense to me, but whatever.  I am still going to do it because I want to have no strings attached again.  I realized that you can never truly go where you want and when you want if you have revolving credit accounts.  Because if you wanted to wander the desert for three or four months, then even the $0 balance accounts will sooner or later accrue some sort of maintenance fee, etc.  Which if you are in the middle of nowhere then the bill is not going to get paid.  Thus throwing your life in turmoil and you might never even know it.  Just a thought I had.
7th)  Tomorrow night I am going for another piece of my tattoo.  I was going to put the piece on my lower back, but Mario commented to me 'Like a Tramp Stamp' and I said 'NO' but I think he is right, the lower part might need a different piece, so I am going to ask my artist whether or not it will fit on my shoulders.  I will post pictures sometime this weekend or early next week. 
8th)  I am spring cleaning again.  I filled up my garbage cans this morning with more junk from my mother and my father.  I am trying to lighten their load.  They tend to hang onto to material things when they don't need the stuff anymore.  Everyone knows I travel light.  So I am trying to show them both that material means nothing when you die.  But anyway, my house is slowly being cleaned out for the sale next month.  How long it takes to sell in this downward housing market, who knows??? 
Finally, Life is good, my attitude yesterday is just a memory and I am back on my grind.  I am going to be selfish again like I said, but it will not be as harsh as I made it sound yesterday.  I have a substantial amount of savings, my cats are not hungry, and I have a bed to sleep in tonight with the heat and electricity both working.  I am not hungry either, so really there is nothing to complain about.  Thanks everyone who reads these things, it has its therapeutic value.
