Yard work and the weather June 24th, 2007

So why is it that on my days off, the weather sucks.  Since it is a little warmer today and drier, I have to go outside and begin the long process of killing weeds, trimming shrubs and bushes, etc.  Now it will be fun because I will make a game of it, I will ask these shrubs if they want it high and tight, or crew, maybe they would like a mohawk, hmmmm, well waiting for an answer could take years, since shrubs have a longer life span that humans, they tend to take their time.  So, maybe when I am old and grey I can return to this house and finally get an answer from the bush out front of my bay window.  But I doubt it, the last time I asked a question was in 1994, and that was if the bushes wanted to be sprinkled.  They finally answered me last summer, but shit they have been watered countless times by then.  They are so damn indecisive, too much thought and analyzing, wait a minute, that is what I do.  Fuck I am turning into a shrub, what a nightmare!
