Broadening a person's interactions with others is a great thing. I am referring to the night out with the boys. I got to meet a bunch of skaters, punks, hippies, ex-military, etc. last night. I had a good time, and I will try and make it back over there again, but rehearsals might put a damper on that for a while. I went to play cards at this guy Jeremy's house and it was a good time. I have to admit there are a lot of people of the next generation that make me proud of society. These guys are mirrors of me, and I know that sitting at the table playing cards with them, I looked around and figured out who would be dead in 7 years. I am not saying that to be mean, but I can guarantee that 25% of those there will not make it to 30. I am not saying that is a bad thing if you live in the moment like myself. Actually, their nonchalant lifestyles are very healthy in my eyes. These are individuals who have seen a lot of life, not as much as me of course, but more than your everyday citizen. The future "Working Class" of society. There was actually a guy there who had 420 tattooed on his arm, hahahaha, makes me laugh to know that there are guys 10 years younger than me still doing what I used to do. Amazing, and I felt like a guru, a mentor, a man who could show them hell or heaven, but it is up to them to choose. IT is up to them!!!
Got home around 3 AM after Sean and hit IHOP for some late night eats. Thanks Sean for sporting.
