I posted that I was leaving. Well I went to the courthouse, and I was continued until Monday. So that is my update. I will be heading back to argue my case on Monday. I also have a lawyer this time, so I truly believe I can beat this and not have to go to jail at all. That, however is not truly up to me at this point. I can only give the facts, and hopefully I find myself with a liberal judge.
I will write more before the weekend, but that is my update.
