The first video finally worked...but... Dec. 12th, 2007

Well I spent the night uploading the thing.  It takes forever to just upload a 4 minute video...Like 8 hours!  Anyway, I was able to rip my copy I made at school, (Mucho Gracias to Joy!) and upload it to youtube, but I have it restricted right now because I talked to Tony last night while they were on their way back from the West Coast tour, and he wants to run it by Mike at Riotfest Records.  Now I don't have to wait because I made the video and gave proper credit where credit was due, but I am not the guy who just pushes my own agenda.  The last thing that had to be run by Mike, was me shooting riotfest footage of Shot Baker.  I was turned down on that idea, because he had his own crew shooting, but I see footage from the show on Youtube already, but not of Shot Baker, so I don't know if they didn't shoot any Shot Baker stuff or if Shot Baker is not a priority of footage for Riotfest?  I am not going to think about it for now, Shot Baker (Tony, Chris, John, and Nat) are friends of mine, and I value their opinion and suggestions.  I don't know Mike from riotfest.  So Tony says 'hold up' because he wants to run it by his label out of respect.  Since they switched labels earlier this year from Underground Communique Records to Riotfest Records....Anyway, the video is restricted to me right now.  I could add people to watch it, and I really just wanted to see if the upload was going to work and how long it was going to take...I am almost finished with my big 10 min. project/mini-documentary.  I would work on it today, but I didn't sleep well due to the INTENSE PAIN I was in most of the wee hours of this morning.  I think I took way too many Ibuprofen, and it still wasn't enough to help me fall asleep.  I felt like cutting my head off, or pulling the tooth out myself.  I look like a chipmunk right and I feel like a Zombie.  I have to take my final exam tonight in History of Chicago at 08:00 PM....I still have to study and sleep, and I can't focus for the life of me...I called the dentist, but I have to call back in a half hour!!! Anyway, pain aside, I did what I set out to do!  Thanks to Joy for the software (you are the best), thanks to Shot Baker, Beat Kitchen, Riotfest Records, Underground Communique, NEIU media services, Cyndi Moran, NEIU public safety, Avid Express, Youtube, Gateway, and the guy who guarded my tripod at the Beat Kitchen show from being bumped during the set!!!!

Have a good day!

Kenny
